The Self-Advocacy Association of New York State, Inc. (SA) is a not-for-profit organization controlled by individuals with disabilities. The organization strives to help people with disabilities learn to speak for themselves, individually and collectively. We accomplish our mission by developing and supporting local self-advocacy groups and by statewide advocacy through our representative Board of Directors.

We need your membership to continue our efforts. Your support will enable us to publish newsletters throughout the year which focus on the accomplishments, dreams, goals and concerns of people with disabilities. Our Individual Memberships are just $10.00, Organizational Memberships are $100.00, but any donation is greatly appreciated.

Note to Self-Advocates: Please pay your dues to your local SA group. No additional donation is required for a self-advocate to become a member, just fill out and mail us the form or call (518) 382-1454 and we can help fill a form out for you.

Also, Self-Advocates can email us by clicking here to become a member at no cost. Please include your name, address, phone number and email address, and tell us wether you want to get newsletters by mail, by email, or not at all.
